This one guy claimed it's a mag inside pretty much, but it looks like a stacked tube design. If anyone can shed any light on this i'd appreciate it because i've never seen it, and it actually looks kind of fun.

Well seeing as i have no clue what i would search for i don't have the time to scour the boards for it. I'll try looking up revolver though and see if anything comes up.

Well yeah, i mean it'd be fun to shoot and everything, but you can't sight down the barrel. To me it's one of those guns that would be fun to mess around with if you could get it cheap.

Yeah, but you can actually aim with that one.

EDIT: Oh, I searched for revolver and got just about every thread but the one that it was in, so i don't know where it is.

I remember it too. A take of AGD's prototype feed design if I remember right.

Yeah, now i've found out that Matt Mahoney designed it and i've got a much better understanding of how it works, not a bad concept, just executed badly.

Wow, I thought the picture you posted was ugly. That concept drawing looks like half a butt.

At first I thought that 'closed bolt shocker' drawing was it. I wonder if sp did anything with that or if they were just patenting the possibility before someone else made something good from it.

It's a good thing Gene Roddenberry (?) didn't patent cell phones. Well, maybe...

I call shens on that, all you had to do to get the highscore in duck hunt was fire at point blank range on the TV and all your shots hit the ducks even if you weren't aiming. :D

Note i said you can, not that you had to. I remember i would hold it up to the tv as a child, but then i tried it a few years back and could actually aim from across the room.

i would rock it as long as it works.

i think if it went into production it would look better but that design looks good, the rotary piece may need to be made out of a different material that is lighter. no idea how efficiently it can feed but it looks like a cool idea

I've been saying it all along, you can't sight down the barrel. It'd be fun to mess with, but you'd have to shoot tracers all the time or something. I like the design, just doesn't seem practical.

in all honesty, when some one starts running you dont put up your marker and sight them in and then shoot, you pull it up and instinctively shoot. i put little faith in sighting with a gun, yes it can help but paintballs dont fly straight so sighting isnt easy to begin with and frankly just shooting and adjusting is quicker

I still need to be able to see down my barrel otherwise it's just harder for me. Maybe i've just become too accustomed to it, i'd still love to try out that marker though.
