When i first got my mag i used co2, and i don't have an expansion chamber. It would feeze up on a cold day after about 8 shots. With an ACI 6 stage, how do you think it would do? Its about 40 degrees F when i'm playing in the winter. My nitrogen tank is too small (47ci) and i can't afford a bigger one. It is also hard for me to go and get it filled so n2 really sucks, and since mags resale at $5 i wouldn't really want to trade it in for a tippmann or anything.

Also, how many shots to a 12oz?

Thanks

a 12 oz will give you max 800 shots. In cold weather, that will go down to around 600. The expansion chamber should help, but in that kind of weather, I would suggest the super paranoid anti liquid system. This is a 20oz anti siphon tank on remote and an 8 stage expansion chamber. You'll have to submerge the gun in order to get liquid in it.

i would either get an anti siphon installed in your tank, or run remote, along with the expansion chamber.

We played for years in the winter by just screwing the tank in the vert adapter. Works great. Use a regular tank though...not anti-siphon. Hope this helps...:D

DID YOU HEAR?????

you cannot use an anti-siphon co2 tank on a remote... it just wont work unless you love velocity fluctuations of up to +/- 50 FPS. bad idea, its better just to run co2 through a remote and a good 6-8 stage expansion chamber

Hmm...I would buy my PMI 5 stage for $20. Then run a antisiphon tank, with a CMI R2000 reg on it. You dont see these around but they you can change your C02 tank output. It replaces the whole pinvalve.

they use to sell them at www.shop4paintball.com reason for no anti siphon on remote is, when yoru tank is vertical it will siphon liquid into yrou gun... i would run a gen-x regulator with palmer stabilizer and remote if i was really into it. but this setup would cost 200 and you might as well buy a bigger n2 tank by then.

forgot to add, you can only run anti-siphon when the tank is in the horizontal position.
