make it short:
X-Valve w/ RT on/off
emag pin 0.712
input: 1000psi
it rip fast while dry firing, with balls & hopper on, no bounce
......yeah maybe occasionally once a while. so............what is the problem /trick would be?

no trick, my xvalve with rt on/off and .750 pin gets great response on 1000 psi while shooting balls. Maybe your field strip screw is too tight
What kind of hopper are you using?
If you are using a force feed loader (halo, velocity, egg,....) and the force is set high, and your LVX is set to be as gentle as possible
then the force of your ballstack could be slowing the return of the bolt down enough that you loose some of your RT

The lvl10 should not affect it, since the valve does not recharge until the bolt is reset.
I have no idea what your gun's problem is dude. That's a weird one.

It might be that you are gripping the gun tighter due to the extra weight of the full loader, making it harder to sweet spot.

raise the input pressure and a trigger stop screw
