That is MOTM material right there, honestly I think that is one of the best looking mags I have ever laid eyes on....and I have a project for you my friend.

I have an Angel Fly that I would like to get annoed camo. There are a few spots I want masked off so as not to change tolerance, like inside the reg, solenoid area, etc.

I will shoot you a PM about how much of my other leg you will want to do the work.

Congats on that awesome job!!!

Wow awesome!!!

I would consider sending my mag to you for some work if you'd be willing to?

I would want the dallara mainbody and rail anno'd black as well as the rail, and I would like that sear mod you did for the classic rail on said dallara rail as well as mod the dallara body to allow a CCM feedneck (if needed, I need to check).

If you'd be interested please pm me with a quote..

Sounds good - yeah I miss playin' down in the FL, but im over in texas (/puke) in training now so I can't make it to AOSouth... I couldn't make it to the last one either which sucks. I really wanna rope faces with my new X down there too!!

Yeah no rush, so just let me know what you think and what you feel comfortable doin' and we'll go from there.

not a sleeve on the inside, but rather a sleeve on the outside that goes over the barrel just for look, say you take an aluminum bar and milled it so that it goes over the barrel to give it the complete phoenix look?

something like this:

http://www.tejasthumpcycles.com/Parts/LeversGripsctrls/Spiral_Twist_Grips.jpg

but much longer so that it cover most of the non-ported part of the barrel, or even more complex so that it look like an anime cannon?

I really liked it! Very beautifull marker. The first chord pic doesn't work for me here, don't know why. Regarding the not anoed parts, I was going to say that I found 10 parts LOL

- Valve (front and rear halves)
- Feedneck (cup and locking ring)
- Trigger
- Switch
- Two ball detents
- On/Off (body and cap)

Still, I really liked the colors and theme.

Congrats!

yeah thats not a problem -only thing is it takes forever to get the tool marks out of them for prep before ano  imho :next to an Xmag,... the phoenix bodies are the hottest looking ( for a body/rail combo ) i love the karta's & dallara's also but thiers just something about them that just do it for me :D

the first gun is cool, its just dusted...ICKY lol I am a polished guy myself...and why not do the vale to match the rest of it, its really not that hard, though if you don't know your setup really well its not the best of ideas I guess. ;)

and semigloss how did you accomplish that, I can do gloss, and I can do dust, I have yet ti figure out a way to do semigloss without having the final product looking bad or uneven...

anyway, from one anodizer to another, great start, and good timing too, right when I have to be out of the anno for a while (new baby) :D

I've learned that you get what you pay for... and sometimes you end up paying more to get it fixed

;) exactly , and the thing that makes it more critical w/ anodizing is you only have so many shots @ it ,to correct it  after that its a wall hanger. every-time you anodize you take off aluminum which = tolerance's compromised
