Found a 03 blind dust black half-mill viking in decent condition for sale. What would be reasonable to pay? Looks like stock board & noid. I know very little about AKA guns, so please understand. Thanks in advance for any help. :D

$250, since it's blind.

I would say 200 for a blind viking. Eye covers are very hard to find. Plus it sounds like it has a nelson board and mac noic.

thats about right. I would argue however that you could probably find an 03 with eyes for $300 on ebay, and that would easily be worth the extra $50

agreed. don't let the 'half-milled' fool you, they aren't much lighter.. hold off and get an 03 w/ eyes.

one actually did just sell on ebay for $300.

I would hodl off for one with eyes myself but either way I don't think you can go wrong with AKA.

i would pay 225 blind given it has mac noid and a WAS board (stock was nelson in early production).

If nicely anodized I would pay more, $275. I picked up a full mill blue viking mac noid was board for $270 shipped a few months ago.

$35 for eye mill and $50 for eye covers from DC. Overall I just love the blue of it and full mill looks sweet.

I had an 02 Viking with all the "bad" features. It was blind, had the F4 detent, MAC noid, stock board, and even the Diamond Dust ano which was supposed to chip.

I still had excellent effeciency and never had a problem as long as I ran a HALO on top. When I used a 12 v. Revolution I had a few problems chopping :D I'd say if you find a good deal, take it. Yeah the eyes are nice but I think you can find better deals on stock guns and if you're planning on having aftermarket work done to it it will save you money in the long run.
