I know someone was making one of these. I was thinking Palmer, but cannot find it on his site. I want to say it was called the "perfect" feed or something, but I may be confusing it with another product.

Anyone know?

I am looking for one for a PFHR minimag body.

Would you happen to be talking about the PTP warp feed adapter, would you?

No, like a standard 45* elbow, but it was made of metal. I have a couple of really old and good plastic ones, but since I am selling my primary mag  I plan on using the pf bodied one more often. I get a metal elbow and won't have to worry about that part anymore.

Palmers makes a locking feedneck adapter that is either part of an elbow or has an elbow that attached to angle direct feeds.

I though Luke made some sort of metal feedneck elbow too.

:)

I know it is metal, ignore the pic and read the description.

I can't seam to find the thing I was thinking about on Luke's site, but he has something on a pic with e-mag batt pack milling that was kind of what I was thinking of.

Thanks for the link to the item on Palmers. The one I was thinking of was about half that cost. $60 is a bit too rich for my blood right now. May just have to file this away as "future reference" unless someone else finds the one I am thinking of.

keep in mind that you want your elbow to break before your gun breaks...

My next suggestion was the one I bought from Luke. I went to his site, and I think there is something wrong with it. It wouldn't let me click on the 'warpfeed' link. That is the link that contains his metal warpfeed elbow...

punk, if you have one of those old style non-clamping rental style feednecks that never break. all you will need is 2 pipe clamps and the thing will work amazing and never break. going on YEARS with mine. and i got a tighter fit with that thing then any 45 elbow i have ever used.

that and it only cost like $2, and on a PF mag its total class :p

I agree. I don't know why so many are made of polycarbonate (I think that's what it's called). The slightly flexible plastic ones trevorjk referred to are great. I have one that is incredibly tight even without hose clamps. And it doesn't look like it'll break any time soon, while my polycarbonate one broke just from tightening. :tard:

trevorjk, your mag and camera are awesome.

Kind of funny that there is a thread resurrection on MCB about this subject. Don't know how I missed it. :tard:

Titus have been selling the atomic elbow for a while now, and those should last you for a while, pretty tight without any need for a clamp.

They cost somewhere around 4 bucks shipped.

Was just about to suggest that. Titus on MCB sells 'em in the dealer's section, the thread's called "Atomic Elbows" or something of the sort. Plastic, cheap, yet pretty much unbreakable. Might even have a lifetime warranty, pretty good for a <$5 plastic part.
