need help in Brooklyn, NY

Hi.
Anyone here lives in Brooklyn, NY (or around it) who can help me fine tune my tac-one.
I’ve read a lot of threads here and tried to tune (add/remove shims, carrier) it myself but just not happy with results.
it chokes, or just does not shot at all sometimes :( .
