I know I know.. it's worth whatever someone will pay. There seems to be some conflict here as what's worth what... I think it higher others think it lower. I'm really a fair trader and all want to be square with crap....

Sooooo... that said.... here's a pic... What's the High/Low/Median to most of you folks...

What valve is in it currently? I'd be happy to offer you $50 for it.

Please clarify guys... just to make sure...

That's all the parts in the pic??? Or are you just talking the Micro....

I'm talking all parts. Changer, Micro, X valve.... Or break it down into individuals if you wish.

Just wanting to make sure.

And thank you guys...

Ok, I would put the micro (with the valve shown in it) at about $200 - $250.

The X Valve would run about $180 - $200

The quick changer at about $25 - $30.

Thus a total at about $405 - $480

Thank you WETWRKS... that is pretty much where I was sitting at it as well. Wasn't sure what I had missed because the numbers we kept going with weren't really coming into focus and so I thought WTH, let me ask. And so I did....

Thank you for your estimate... Anyone else agree or disagree???

Sell the x valve and changer separately. You don't get as much for them in a package deal.

I fully agree with said assesment.

I'd ask $300 OBO for the 'mag itself and wouldn't settle for less than $200 (though obviously wait a while before settling).

X-Valve is probably $180-200, depending on condition and extra parts.

Quick changer maybe $20-$25.

That's my 2¢...

I havn't seen a non-RT Micro missing the stock barrel go for over $175.00 in a LOOONG time. I think a lot of these estimates may be way high for the market, especially now. You don't even have a matched gas-through.

You have a rare anno on it, but without the matching accessories that kind of gets canceled out.

Problem with that one is that it is missing the trigger guard, something that usually cuts the price down dramatically.

I agree with Pixel.

I agree, a cut off trigger guard destroys resale value.

So let's say the cut guard dropped the overall price by 25% You're still not anywhere close to $200.00, let alone $300.00. I track Micro sales on a daily basis, and have for the last several years. I suspect that you would be very lucky to get $200.00 for a Gen 3 with no matched barrel, no matched drop, no matched gas-though and with a classic valve.

Good luck on the sale though, whatever initial asking price you start with.

Funny thing, is that i have the exact same micromag, WITH the matching stock barrel (same anno job as the above)...the only thing is that it has a cut off trigger guard. :(

I'm gonna defer to robertsr with regard to that Micromag. Guy knows his Micros better than I do, that's for sure.

Unfortunately, what its worth is what someone will pay, and robertsr nailed it.

$200 with classic valve.
$180 for xvalve
$20 for the quick change

Package deal - $350-375

So what you need to do is buy this one, swap out your cut frame, and sell all the parts you don't need. :)

...Not that I've ever done that to get a full set of matched accessories on a Micro...twice...

i would love to do that, but unfortunately i cannot afford to buy that micromag. Hence why im planning on selling off ALL my mags, except for my e-mag.

I agree with robertsr1811. The missing parts kill the resale. It however has the GFX valve so that helps out a little. I would say $180-$200 if the right person comes along. $150 would be an easy sale. The X-valve is worth as stated $180-200 and the 12 gram changer probably $15. I had a gen 2 that was one of the rare "superman" splashes but it had just a plain classic valve and no matching parts other than the body so it really was not worth much at all. I moved on to my complete matching PTP Unibody Micro. Has all matching parts and original valve, original bolt and original powertube annoed spacers (the red, blue, gold and purple ones). Oh yes! Free up for a nice Micro though. It looks good.
