What else do i need?? to customize my RT that will make it shoot faster and be more accurate?

Instead of the benchy I would go with either the intelliframe or zgrip. A freak will let you have a better paint to barrel match. Other than that there is really nothing you can do to add speed and accuracy other than practice.
*edit* you also could get a warp to feed faster.
