Help with X Valve and LX

I just upgraded to x valve and lx from the classic valve and I installed the ULT into it and added all the shims and it wont fire. I cant get it shoot at all, i just got it from AGD today.

OK tried that, and added shims one at a time,but it still wont fire. I really need help
