Warp feed on Center-feed Tac-1 pratical?

If I put a warpfeed setup on a Tac 1 Center feed would it get in the way of something like a red-dot sight?

Not if it's not in the way of your eye that isn't looking through the sight. With an RDS you look through the sight with one eye and at the target with the other. Your brain puts the image together so you see the target with a dot on it. You can have something in front of the sight, but not in front of your other eye.
