Anyone tried Google's new Chrome Browser?

Absolutely fantastic in my opinion.

I'm running Firefox 3, IE 8 beta v. 2, Chrome, and Safari.

Using it now, and for what it is, I'm really liking it. A couple months down the road when the popular extensions have been properly ported over, I could see myself making it my primary browser. It's super quick, and I like the independence between tabs for loading/crashing purposes.

Ditto. But when I saw my first banner ad, I had to come back to FF.

Apparently you can block adds from some program.

ad blocking is a must. forgot how important it is until you loose it :)

i'll play with it for a few days and see how it goes. it is deffinately quite quick:

it's not just a browser thought. it will be a portal to web apps in the future and could serve as a decent threat to microsoft.

one thing i've notice is that touch pad scrolling on my vista laptop only works going down, not up...?? Anyone else notice this?

man would it be a different world if yahoo had bought out google when it had the chance
