Are you saying how to install the propeller? I watched a BE rep at the pursuit cup install mine. He took apart the shell and just took the screw out of the servo were the propeller sits...popped the old one off and installed the new one.

Hint of advice....Put some loctite on the screw when you put it back in. Mine ended up coming loose, the prop came off and I must have shot the screw out of my marker.

Just some helpful advice.

loctite is a type of sealant and/or bonding.

Snooky,

Why do you want to melt the propellers?

The evil propellers come "bent up" and ready to install.

I had to melt mine because it kept jamming. I used a lighter

you can get loctite at any hardware store. If you need to bend your propeller I sugest putting it in boiling water for a few seconds. There is less chance of messing up your propeller that way.

The Evil propellers come bent up if Im not mistaken....

If you HAVE to bend em, use a lighter.

Well I found out what they are. I don't see how they can make your Revy feed faster? Mine feeds fine as it is right now, no need to go getting no funky doo dads ;).

Mike- The purpose of these impellers is that they feed a lot more consistantly especially when the hopper is low. If you get the hoppper low in your 12V Revy, and let it dump the paint you'll notice how the 4 blade impellers tends to "toss" the paint around in the hopper instead of down the feed tube. These impellers, which are basically just modified Evolution impellers do a better job at feeding when the hopper is getting low on paint and the balls have more room to move around.

Here's the Vortex Impeller. I've heard good things about this one and that people that have tried the Evil and Vortex impellers tend to prefer the Vortex impeller. It's $3 more than the Evil.

At the bottom of this page is the Evil Impeller. It's $5 and just a bent Evolution impeller.

i bought mine for 5 dollars at a local store but it isnt bent up. i did this because my propeller now like black said will throw paint around when its low and my propeller is bent to hell from using bad balls that got jammed under the propeller. i think i like the boiling water idea of lighter. Thanks ill post results after the weekend.
