I have no clue why I can't fire rapidly with it. It does this even when I have HPA hooked up! Even my Minimag does not have this kind of a problem? Watch the movie and please tell me if this can be fixed.

Yes it can be fixed, it is a mag. :)
Since it fires at full power after sitting but will "chuff" if you try to fire another shot quickly after the first, the powertube is getting to full pressure too slowly.

There are a number of reasons why this could be happening.

You are using a LP tank.
Your tank reg recharges far too slowly.
There is a restriction in your supply line (teflon tape, kink, etc.).
Your AIR reg is crapped up and needs to be cleaned and regreased.
Your spring pack is worn out.

Most likely your AIR reg is gunked up. I'd start there, then if that doesn't fix it, borrow a tank from a friend and see if it is your tank.

Good luck and post back.

another thing it could be is your ASA the pin could be too short or too long and that can affected the air flow coming from your bottle
