well, how high exactly are you turning the velocity?

If I remember correctly from the video that was with my mini when I bought it, there is a safety valve so to speak so that if the pressure in the gun gets too high, it will leak out the back of the marker. I used to have a HORRIBLE problem with my mag doing this when I used to shoot CO2 in the summer. Try hooking it up to HP air if you know someone that has it and see if it still leaks. If so maybe you need an expansion chamber.

Then again it was several years ago when I had that problem as well so I could be totally wrong ;)

turning dial in back clockwise, then crone. same procedure until i reach 265-285fps. sometimes anything lower i lose presser. trigger has low presser and will not engauge to shoot marker.

have you pulled your valve apart???(cheak spring pack and o ring in reg) other then that what propellent are you using?
air or co2...cheak that your input pressure is not too high
(like reg on air bottle failed) hope this helps..
