As some already know, the preorder has been started for the new Metadyne launcher. This preorder is set to last 1 week. There are currently 2 versions of the launcher available. The rifle version and under barrel mount. Here are the pics:

Rifle version $300

Under Barrel Mount $220

More info can be found on their website Tippmann Accessories, Upgrades, and Mods | Stocks, Handguards, and Magazines - Metadyne Industries (http://www.metadyneindustries.com)

I believe the gentlemen at Metadyne are also making another final video of the launcher. Also, any future parts ie grapeshot rounds, barrel extensions, breech load conversions, etc will fit the original production model pictured on the website. So the original unit purchased will be adaptable to all parts. Britt at Underground Mod Shop will be producing accessories such as rails and other parts for this launcher and I will be offering a woodstock mounted version. Pricing for those accessories will be posted when they are available. Thanks everyone!

I will be opening a new website for Noxx55 Customs with a shopping cart in the next 2 weeks. I will be trying to sell the rockets and a grenade kit for this particular launcher as well as all of my regular parts.

Looks really neat, I'm excited to see some at our field in the next couple weeks (months?), because I'm sure I will.

did I read somewhere that you can use 12 grams with this?

I'm going to be interested to see how the rifle design acts as a "street sweeper"... With the ability to shoot 15, 20, 0r 25 rounds.

I'd like to see it breach loaded, and if it performs well I'd be interested in setting one up to run a 3.5oz on a bottomline.

yep. it's got a built in reg so you can put CO2 or HPA into it. The rifle version is supposed to have an ASA.

I can't wait until I get mine so I can test it out...

Nice, I need the 12 gram compatibility for Airsoft.
