He was working 16 hour shifts at work for quite some time, so didn't have a great deal of time to work on projects

Last I talked to him, he was wrapping up some projects and needed to ship them. He just pulling himself out of a rut and the poor guy needs a vacation

You have no idea what he's been thru this past year so give the poor guy a little break. I can probably get ahold of him faster than anyone around, so drop me a line
