Just keep an eye out on pblegion where rogue usually hang out. Other than that, there isn't any other choice.

Not true actually.
The Mag Smith (http://www.themagsmith.com) , and Tuna Mart (http://www.tunamart.com) , both carry it, thought they don't always have them in stock.

But PM'ing Rouge is a more direct way. :)
