Ive been looking for an answer to this question online and I cant seem to find it.

What company made the SKINS grips for markers like the WDP Angel IR3 and such?

I thought it was WDP at first,... but why put the name "SKINS" on it as well?

They also have them for cockers,.. so I was not sure.

Anyone know?

They're obviously made by Skinheads. Hence the SKINS

WDP either made the grips or had them contracted. The "skins" designation was probably marketing, just like everything else. I think their new Angel 1 Fly grips are called "Flypaper" or something like that.

I don't know if you can still get factory grips for 90 degree frames since no production guns currently use them. There has been a fairly strong interest in aftermarket 90 degree frames though, most of which use the same grip screw pattern.
