Here are some pictures from this weekends Risk scenario at Camp Miles Paintball. AWESOME weekend of camping and paintball. The weather was very cooperative (if still a little warm for January.) I will be doing a full review of Camp Miles Paintball after I can gather all the names and info so I can pass it along to you all. For now I will just say that the gameplay there is highly recommended!

Ugh, no biking, no paintball, and it isn't snowing so I can't board. Winter up in Chicago sucks right now.

Almost exclusively. The little "wedge" bunkers you see there are about the only cover that isnt natural vegetation.

Heh, there were a couple of cuties. I only shot pics for one day. The wife and I tore it up on Sat (I was General for Green Team). :shooting: And I was the only one taking pictures so its kind of hard to be in them. :(


Risk; as in the board game. It was new format for me but really fun. 4 teams and 6 different bases (representing countries) each worth different point values. 30 minute games (no respawn) so its easy to estimate enemy forces after an engagement. Plenty of time in between games to stragetize and negotiate.

Most of the play was very clean. Not much overshooting/playing on/whining. The collection of players both days was diverse. There were even a couple of very young (10-12 yo) kids really playing hard on Sat. :headbang:

We took second in a really close finish with Red Team. They beat us by one card!

That looks like Florida! I was back in Gainesville during Christmas week, and outside of Monday and Tuesday it was nice and warm all week :D
