First off i would like to reassure everyone that i did the search for this. I have a leak coming out of the SIDE hole on my xvalve and read that i need to change the orings on my reg pin. Figure i try to be smart and swap out some parts with my xmag valve to narrow down the exact problem and order replacements later. Now i have air leaking out of the side hole on BOTH valves! WTH! I have swapped out the reg pin assemblies, reg seat orings and reg seat holder between the two valves. Any suggestions or am i going to need to get 2 xvalve kits now to repair both?!

check the orings on the reg pins for any nicks or grit
clean the hole the reg pin sets in, relube, reassemble, back the velocity off, and then air up
if you had some grit in the leaking valve and you put a different pin in there you might have nicked both of them

This would be one of the two orings on the front of the regulator valve pin assembly. They are separated by the plastic split ring. Clean out the area to make sure it is free of debris when putting the parts back in place.
