please dont hurt me everyone... I tried the search feature and cannot find anything so i figured i would post it up
I feel like i am stomping on holy objects by asking this, but i am not sure what the differences in the versions are and how many different versions there are.
Can anyone inform me of this? i am always looking to add knowledge to my head

There's some obvious design differences... the V1 did not cover the valve. It lined up just like a ULE body.
It's also worth mentioning that the V1 is round along the sides where it meets the rail (like a ULE) whereas V2 kind of has a "ledge" where it sits along the rail.

ohhhhhhhh wow i had never seen the chord v1 bodies... v2 FTW!!!!!
thanks for the quick response ! (ps i havent forgotten about our deal)
That V1 pictured is mine now! LOL
One thing worth mentioning is that DW had only 7 V1 Chords made so they are REALLY rare.
Here are some updated pics of my body, which is waiting for Pneumagger`s new frame (if that ever happens :( ):

Is that a cocker-threaded crown point?
If so, that is cool in so many ways.
Where did you get it?

Yes it is. You can find more info about it here:

And I'm going to have it bored for inserts so it may become my primary barrel
