12g changer leaking

I am having trouble keeping my cci quick changer tight. After about 3 shots it starts to leak and i need to torque on it to stop the leak. Then 3 shots more and the same thing happens. I was thinking of changing to a different type of 12g changer but am having trouble finding one. I saw a nice lever changer dropout for a phantom but im not sure if it screws into an asa. Any advise on keeping a cci changer tight or other changers would be great.

anyone have any experience with one of these lever changers or how it works. what does it attach to?

it is used in paintball pistols. I know it works with a pt extreme. IIRC it works with a few others like it.
