Alright... I'm currently using one of a handful of ticklers in my sleeper pneu (see pic below)

They are starting to drive me a little nutz. First I had a karni tickler that kept adjusting out and would NOT stay consistent... then I had in the chrome one in the pic and it ended up seized (had to remove it to take it apart and "fix" it). I think that I'm finally done using ticklers which beg's the question... what should I use in this frame? Now, I know all about the micro rocks, and the palmers (have one in my wife's pneumag) but they won't fit in here.

So what do you think is the most consistent adjustable LPR that can fit in here? Adjustment by allen on top is just fine. Any thoughts?

Hey. Take a measurement from the top to bottom of that tickler for me. I have some kind of aka reg. Not looking to sell it but I will measure it and see what the length difference is. Maybe it would work.

If so you can try to find one.

You might want to try the AKA LPR for a Autococker... Here is the link : AKA LPR (http://www.compulsivepaintball.com/itemdesc.asp?ic=15565)

Hope this helps

Which on/off are you using and are you sure your tickler is moving?

jrod had a similar problem. (http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?t=241316) I did too, but my lpr was marked and it was not backing out.

I'll get the measurements once the frame comes back from LK-13's custom polishing service... Talked to him yesterday.... he's decided to polish it a 3rd time because he's a super perfectionist :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: I can't wait to see it!

in any event the deal with the first tickler adjusting out had nothing to do with it "backing out" as far as the cap was concerned... it was just plain ol' having issues (i.e. bad spring or something). Besides it would be extra work for me to keep a regular tickler because it's just a tad too wide for my frame with the grip panels on.

The regular AC LPR would probably work just fine, but now that I know I can use an AKA LPR I am sure I will go that way as long as it fits... it looks real nice and easy to install as well because the fitting comes off very low on the reg so I don't have to worry about my pretty new frame when it arrives. Thanks guys!!!

Now I'm off to find that QEV from air soldier with the swivel nipple!
