according to PTP he will be working on the new PTP bodies. Not sure if its true or not, but it was posted in their thread (Not sure if it was tracy or forest who said it).
You might want to try to contact him through them.
His work is amazing. I hope you get yours finished.

Dont know what Jays situation is or why he hasnt finished your project, but he is a stand up guy.
