Here is a silly question I'm sure. What is a tickler? How does it improve performance?

It's a type/model of LPR... it's only used in the mag sense as a way to adjust the air pressure going into the Pneu's.

Meaning if you don't have a pneumatic mag then you don't need to worry about it.
