Howdy folks,

I'm considering purchasing a Torque Loudmouth loader. I understand these things have been around for a bit now and so far I've read good thing about them. I just wanted to find out what you guys thought of them. Are they reliable? Are they fast? Worth the $70?

Cheers,

"Run Forrest, RUN!"

Dont waste your money. These loaders are hit or miss. The customer service is non-existant, and truthfully I dont even know if they are still around anymore. I have one of these, HATE it. The Torques have this aweful 'clacking' noise that makes you want to poke your own eyes out. Sometimes you can mess with them to get the noise to stop, other times you cannot. It is a shortfall of the design.

I have been waiting about a year now to get a reply from Hard Corps :rolleyes:

Save your money, get a Prophecy or Rotor.

Just my $.02

No!

Ditto to what Bigevil said, if you can afford a prophecy or a rotor, go that route, otherwise buy a halo for ~$40-50

i say get any hopper that slightly exceeds what you will be firing at. The prophecy and rotor are very expensive... and for what gain? the ability to take it apart quickly?

The torque is loud, fast, annoying, strong, and cheap... but no customer service if it breaks.

I say buy something like a halo, a vlojr., or even an eggy 3 and slap that on there. It will feed plenty fast and will save mad moneys over the prophecy and rotor. Worst case, you end up having to unscrew some screws to take it apart... and to me thats worth saving an extra $80 over the rotor.

stay away...I have one. spent hours modding it to work better...fun project...it does work. But stock they are very loud, clank and always run making noise. Just by a halo or the new Halo Too.

If you did get one I wouldnt spend over $45.00 on it. I have one I bought new on Ebay from a paintball supplier.All I have ever owned are VL 2000s so the Torque was definately faster but it weighs a ton, I dont know how the weight compares to the others that are mentioned above.Oh yeah and the name is dead on "IT IS LOUD".

has anyone used one of these yet? for the price, it seems like a heck of a deal - I considered picking one up for a backup hopper since my original Revi seems to have a hard time keeping up with everything but mechanical cockers these days :)

My Reloader B is still going strong after all these years.
You can purchase a Halo rip rive kit for the Invert Too but theres a note on punishers that you have to buy a drive cone also.

Features:

* 20+ balls Per Second Feed Rate
* Ultra quiet belt drive
* Freeway Anti-Jam – for continuous ball feed
* Sound activated feeding
* 180 ball capacity
* Low battery indicator
* 1-hour auto Shut-Off
* Customizable
* All Halo upgrades are compatible with the Invert Too Loader
* Matte black coloring

*If you want to add a Rip drive as an upgrade you must also purchase a drive cone in order to attach the Rip Kit.

Taken from :

http://www.punisherspb.com/invert-halo-too-paintball-loader-matte-black.aspx

So by the time you buy the rip drive kit for $16.95 :

And the drive cone for $8.95 :

http://www.punisherspb.com/warrior-paintball-halo-composite-drive-cone-black.aspx

You are at $85.85 plus shipping.

Not looking like its the great deal they made it out to be.

I'd wait till they come to market with the rip drive installed.
