Are you talking about a wedge shaped piece that will angle your tank?
Like THIS ONE? (http://www.pbreview.com/products/reviews/3594/)
There was an "Endo" drop a while back or there is the Stiletto drop like you saw on my E-mag last month. Here's a link for the STILETTO DROP. (http://www.pbreview.com/products/reviews/2539/)
And I found your "power angle" here too, also made by the same people that make the Stiletto drop POWER ANGLE LINK. (http://www.fireballmountain.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=FBM&Product_Code=PowAngle&Category_Code=CustAccess)

There is also the "DropKick" by NDZ...
DM
I recommend the Dropkick by NDZ. Not only are they cheaper than the Stilleto, they work very well, and I think they look better. I have never owned/used a Stilleto, but I can't help to believe that the dropkick provides a tighter se-up that the stilleto. I have dropkicks on my warped Emag, my Custom R/T, and two of my Tribals. The dropkick is especially useful on the warped Emag. All the weight sits on my shoulder, making the setup feel a lot lighter.
