Take a look at that valve. "Charger". Anyone know anything about that? I've never seen one.

And the vertical asa is pretty interesting too. Is that just a modified back bottle asa?

i cant see it but the charger valve half if its what i think it is is an aftermarket mod which is the typical 8 hole mod nothing special pmi might be the maker i forget ...

The asa does look like a modified back-bottle but it's either cut short or the rail is notched as it looks like it's inset into the rail.

He has a Palmer's Stab on it too. If it's in good shape, not a bad price.
