I want to say teh frame on the bottom one is an intelli but I am not sure, and where did the milling on that one's rail come from? it doesn't look home brew. And is that a classic valve in the shiny one or not?

Looks like a Benchmark to me. No clue. Looks like a classic valve with an ANS Phase II back half.

You're correct and it is a classic, can't tell if it's an ans from that far away.

I'd put money on it. I just blew up the pic and compared it to an ANS I have in the parts box (best place for it!)
You can just make out:
Phase II
Air Valve
PAT. PEND.
