I've heard that some of you guys use RAIN X in your barrels.
But wouldn't that be like having oil in yout barrel and throw off your accuracy?
And does it work that well for shooting through a break?

it works, but not enough to make me use it. i don't think it throws off accuracy though.

I have a 12 gauge shotgun barrel cleaner. After I clean my barrels good, I swap them down with that and some rainX. It leaves just a very tiny film on the barrel. If you haven't yet, try it on the windshield. First rain will really surprise you. It is a very thin film or it would make your windshield cloudy, so I double if it is thick enough to throw off the accuracy.
On a break, I normally turn off the powerfeed, fire 5-6 shots, put my hand over the end of barrel and fire a couple more to blow out the holes, turn the powerfeed on and then it normally shoots straight after second shot.
It seems quicker than having to pull out the squeegy...
