its called emergen-c its like 1000 mlg of vit c in powder form (any phamacy should have this cvs blah blah walmart to )u put in a a drink it gets fissy persay u down all of it even the crap on the bottom tastes meh .i put it in lemonaid and get eh pink lemonaide flavor there kinda expensive but itll make u feel better and might prevent full blown flu if u catch it in the first few days .... works like fishermans friend does for coughs .... :headbang:
