Just went for a wonderful day of paintballing, which would have been better if I could have used my mini.....

The issue was, after dropping in a few drops of Autolube, then screwing in my tank, when the gun fired, it would fire the ball, along with a burst of co2, the it would take a second for the trigger to reset.

Any ideas as to what it could be, or how to fix it?

Its most likely the CO2
if you had the barrel pointed down while you screwed in the tank, then liquid CO2 will get into the valve
this causes all kinds of issues with th orings freezing up
The easy fix is to use a HPA tank, but if HPA fills arent available in your area then look into either a palmer stabilizer or a good expansion chamber or use a remote

Which bolt do you have?

It could also be that your on/off isn't shutting off and the CO2 pressure was dropping enough for the bolt to return anyway. Did it leak with the trigger held down?

All else being unchanged, I would just suggest you make sure your field strip screw and frame screw are just snug. If they are, you should check the on/off top orings.

Do you think you had liquid CO2 in the valve?

I have the classic valve, and though I don't think it was liquid Co2, it may have been...

Are there any step by step tutorials on how to identify and fix a problem like this?
