I know that there were many of these. I also know that many were deleted. what is or is not allowed to be posted on AO? With pneumag ready frames being released I would think that it would be nice to have such a thread.

Just wondering.. Hoping a mod will enlighten me.

For the reals...I would really like to know where to buy this bit. I've search all over the place but found a substitute that did work but depending how you tweak the tank it sometimes hisses out for a mili-sec or 2. Nothing big, I would just like to get it done properly.

I know this isn't exactly answering your question but for the price Loguz(x10) charges to mod the ASA, it hardly seemed worth it to me to even go looking for bits.

You do know those bits cost a ton of money right? I'm talking like over $100-$200 depending what it's use is for.

EDIT: Sorry for diverting slightly off topic...

I hope there are going to be more people using the pneu to open up the designs of guns. Check this out:

and there was this too that Rainman built (Don't know if it was pneu'd or not, but moving the grip frame around is doable with pneumatics):

yeah, but some of the items that are used on pneumags that most sell for 1-2.00 can be purchased for .05. you can purchase everything for a pneumag for alot less than what most think. It is the same with orings. Some people sell them for 1-2.00ea. If you know where to get them you can purchase them for .06 ea. or less

So you Know? Most times threads are deleted by the Member. Maybe you know why this happens.

You know the rules. Post what ever you like with in them. No porn, swearing etc, etc.

Here is a start for you.

Go to www.mscdirect.com In the search box, type the dimensions of the end mill that you need, and add 'end mill' at the end. This place should have them...they have everything.

I have no idea why they are gone. They were her, and now gone. That is why I was asking the question if they were "against the rules"

There is a good How-To link in Cyberave's pneumag parts dealer thread. It's over on BEO.

http://www.bigevilonline.com/showthread.php?t=7

I guess if you are on that site too much though they shut you out from viewing more threads until you register. It's a good place to be registered though, so shouldn't be worried about that.

But yes, I agree that there should be a good How-To here on AO since most of the people doing the mod should be looking here first for information.

EDIT: Crap, I just looked at the second page over on BEO and all of the photos that go along with the How-To are out because the account has been inactive for over 90 days. :(

All pictures are working fine for me.

The pics on the first page of all the examples work, as well as the ones on the second page showing how to drill an ASA for a sleeper. But if you continue down on the second page where the step by step is, the pictures do not work.

I just scrolled to the very bottom of page 2 and they all work...

That's what I mean. Loguz charges $25 to mod the ASA. So, to me, it wasn't even worth looking for parts to do it myself.

Very weird. I just took this screenshot from that page.

Though if I right click and open the picture in another window it works fine. Guess it's just one of those things. Sorry Mann for cluttering up this thread.

A lot of the how-to threads and posts were pulled because someone here (don't remember who) received a letter from SmartsParts (I think) asking them remove them, for face legal consequences. That individual passed this recommendation to others here.

At least that how I remember it happening.

Actually, I think it was in fact Pro Team Products who hold the patent for a pneumatic actuated trigger system and who delivered the C&D. Though I may be mistaken in that.

It was actually shingo who was told to pull the info from his company server. It was sent from a lawyer that never stated who his client was.

As a family man he correctly complied with the letter.

There are many of us who saved all of his info for future reference...

I knew someone here would remember better than I what had happened.
