I pass on them, mostly because I don't like to reset my pressure everytime I take my tank off. I just deal with pressure loss.

....and the Geddon thumb screw you can get from Luke. I installed a larger screw in mine tho, I know for a fact Luke is using larger ones as well. I couldn't get mine over 800PSI with the original one he sent but it was just a minor mistake on his part, he's got the correct one installed now. ;)

NdZ (New Designz) makes the "DropKick" wedge which is bolt-on and accepts rail-mount ASAs.

FBM (Fireball Mountain) makes the "Thorn" and the "Razor", both of which are about a 5" drop forward, bolt-on and accepting rail-mount ASA.

FBM also makes the "power angle" which is similar to the "DropKick" except it bolts on, and accepts bolt-ons.
