Hey everyone, just got my cheater in the mail, and the remainder of my parts the weeks before, so here she is (BTW, the pics don't do it justice. I will try to take some outside this weekend. Maybe that will help):

I would like to get the new venomous designs forgrip when they come out, but other than that, I think I am finished. I am hoping that will raise the LPR up a little. That is really the only thing that bothers me. It just looks a little wierd

As for the cheater, I thought the gun was an electro today when I got it ripping. This thing is friggen AMAZING!!!! Major props to ZAP!!!

Looks great. I really like how the body and the frame work together. I'm glad you were able to find the rock in the blue, the colors go very nicely together. Even the blue in DW emblem is pretty close. I'm not sure, but I think a blue on/off might work too, or maybe just the knob...just a thought. I was a bit skeptical about the full size rock going on there when you were looking for one a few weeks ago, but I have to say that it looks just fine. Plus it's probably the best lpr you could have to run the cheater at the lower pressures.

I see what you mean though about it sitting a bit low, but I think that may be due to the fact that the body is the length of the rail. I think that if were, for example, as long as a ULE, then there would be just that much less of a gap between the lpr and the next closest part of the gun. So in your case, since the barrel is the next closest part and it tapers down, there appears to be a larger gap between it and the lpr.

Is that one of Magnus' triggers? Looks very nice. I know what you mean about the cheater feeling like an electro. They are amazing little pieces of equipment, Zap did a great job with them. Great build, looking forward to seeing some good photos in some nice exterior light.

Thanks for the compliments. I thought about a blue ASA. I still might, not sure yet. Yea, I lucked out with the Rock in Blue. The size doesn't really bother me, since that it dead space, just wish it sat a little closer to the barrel. I see what you mean about the body and rail. I couldn't agree more. I think I might just have to wait till Mongoose comes out with those foregrips. Hopefully the hole for the LPR will be a little higher. It's the Magnus trigger too. The feel of the trigger also reminds me of an electro. I have been waiting for a trigger like this for a long time. Definitely worth it.

Nicely done! I love seeing new pneumags! Well played color choice but I see you have the same issue as I... running the DW Fibur. It's the best barrel I've ever played with but it'll almost never match any color other than black... oh well. I've always liked blue on black color schemes.

P.S. You should post a video of the trigger pull.

you will not get that feel with any other trigger on the market. Not even an RPG one :D
they sure do feel buttery smooth don't they?

That is indeed a beautiful gun, and I think it will look even better with the VD grip. By the way, if you do swap out the grips, I would be glad to buy the one you have on it now... :ninja:

That's an RPG grip, right?

THanks for the3 props everyone. Yea, the DW matches this, but you're right, any other color scheme seems to look weird.

Can't wait for the VM grip. Hopefully that will solve the LPR issue that i am having.

BTW, here in NY (Long Island) we had a blizzard (Or at least what they call a blizzard). almost 2 feet of snow. I will have to get outside pics at a later time.

Very nice. I bet that gets a few head scratches at the field.
