I found this E-mag for sale for 225, I sent the dude an email and haven't heard back from him. Do you guys think its a good deal??

No, in fact, that is not a good deal, that's a horrible deal. You should give me ALL of the guys contact information so I can tell him just how bad of a deal that is and that he should be ashamed of putting it up! ;)

Actually that's a fantastic find! splat15k is right when he says that the lowers are worth more, they usually go for ~$350! Good luck with the sale man.
