Do the Retro Valves fit a regular mag or only the RT Pro valves?

Retro valves fit everything except for classic RTs.

the classic RT style mags used to have a build in air system that went through the rail. For this reason, most valves in the market today do not fit classic RT style bodies because they have the air input on either the left or the right side of the valve. if your Retro valve has the quick strip screw on the bottom and the 1/8 NPT input hole 90* relative to the quick strip screw hole the you should be good with 99% of the rails out there.

correct me if I'm wrong

If it says 'Retro Valve' your fine, if it says 'RT' then it's the classic RT valve that won't fit anything else. I use a Retro Valve on my Minimag. The classic RT was a satnd alone gun, nothing from other mags fit it except barrels and some small parts. This was always considered a big failing of that gun so AGD developed the drop in 'Retro Valve' to give Automag/Minimag users the same performance of the original RT.

The 'Retro Valve', 'RT Pro Valve', etc are all the same valve basically, just fifferent lasering.
Here is my Retro Valve:
