I dont know the correct term for this. Im looking for the adapter, not the 12g quick change. If someone could let me know what its called and where I can get myself one, I'd be much obliged. Thanks

Looks like luke could mill you a dove tail in your rail and you can install an ASA pointing forward to do the same thing.

That mounting style is usually referred to as "Hawaiian" and was most commonly seen on old VM-68's. As for finding that mount--I've no idea. I'd guess it's a small batch custom run. If you really wanted one you could always call Palmer Pursuit Shop or Doc's Machine to see if they'd fabricate one for you.
