so i was tinkering with my frame after installing it and messing with the rate of fire/reset button to get aquainted. then, it started flashing what's in the vid below. i can even take the battery out and it'll continue flashing for 30-60sec. if i reinstall the battery, it'll automatically start flashing and pushing either the reset or adjusting button doesnt do anything.

Not sure what the flashing means. BigE could probably tell you more but the reason it stays on is the capacitor. It stores power from the 9v and basically slowly drains itself.

Take the board out, and put a piece of black take on the back so that there is no metal-on-metal contact between the board and the frame.

Im not sure about that flashing, do you have the manual? Disconnect the battery for like 30 mins and see if it stops.

reason why the screen works is because the cap is still holding juice

If I remember correctly the flashing is the service mode where you can adjust the amount of juice that is sent to the capacitor which increases/decrease the amount of force that the solenoid delivers to the sear.

the higher the number the more juice.

when i get home i'll try to find out how to remove the board. i have no idea what i did to get to the flashing. and on the setting mode, mostly what i seen was for a full auto board and the settings they showed... i havent seen.
