I may have missed it in the ADG store. Can you buy the rail that comes on the RT ULE Custom?

Yes. There are 2 versions. Standard ULE and LongBow Ready...which has the extra holes for mounting the Longbow kit. I have both if you need one. Email me tunaman5@comcast.net
