Centerflag Hyper Flow 201 O-rings

Does anyone know where I can find replacement o-rings for a centerflag hyper flow 201? It began venting out the on/off right after I purchased it last year, and I need to replace the o-rings. Turns out the previous owner had clear plastic o-rings in it, rather than the white polyurethane ones the manufacturer used.

the 3 urethane ones are same size as lvl 10 oring, the 1 black one in the on-off system is available at lowes
