Drop/Grip Frame Screws

So one of the screws snapped on me. I'm looking for the right size screw with hex heads. Do hardware retailers like Home Depot/Lowes/Ace sell screws that would replace these?

:argh: Which frame uses 8-32? People are mean enough on 10-32s.

My local ACE has a great selection of fasteners and small parts. They are not all equal though.
