This one has been a long time coming. About two years now in the making. It is now near completion but I finally have it in my hands and want to share my new pride and joy.

This was the gun that Chris Nearchos had for quite a while and then once I got it back from him it was Then off to Kohn Laser where it has spent the last 8 months undergoing anno and Laser.

Here is the near final product.

Now it is off to Tuna for reinstall of electronics and tune.

Neat.

Is the battery box a different color than the rest of the body?

Yes it is original plan was to have a shack and swamp water and so I asked them to consider doing the box brown to make it look like wood and muddy water.

Once the anno was done they changed the laser. All in all i wish it was the same color but I am fine with it the way it is. It is more of a big deal in the pics as the laser is not picking up strongly. IRL the main color of most of the marker looks white with green and copper color and black on the valve. Also I have a kruger snakewood grip that I put on and once you put that in the mix it helps balance out the lower half a little better.

Great looking project. And, I was wondering what those grips were going on, hadnt seen them on anything yet. Cant wait to see the finished marker.

seems the art work was taken from the comic book. the main swamp figure, seems to be from some of the first ones, on the left side of the pack that looks to be from one of the first panels when he was becoming the swamp thing. yep i am a big fan of this and the comic, i think i still have some comics when i collected. I actually was thinking of going through some comics to get ideas, this was one i was thinking along with the toxic avenger and a few others. again awesome, awesome work and good to see someone doing something different then everyone else.

as requested this is the draft of the artwork that was used for the final laser. It shows the laser pattern very nicely that shows more IRL than in the pics.

Wow. Now I can really see all that went into it. Amazing!

I imagine that is as extreme of a lazer job as possible.

I didn't even recognize it as an xmag until I read this comment. Very nice.
