How do u Dye stickies (no pun intended)

I'm trying to dye my clear stickies blue or just bleack them . does any one no how to?

Put them in boiling water for about 5-10 minutes with some Rit dye.

get rit dye in your color (blue) follow instructions. when the stickies are in the water keep it from touching any metal.
