The fitting on the right is the stock lpr fitting, I fabricated the one on the left.

that's some fancy work, Alex!
just curious, if the lpr adapter were just a little longer, would you not need to mill the sides off the lpr since it would clear the grip-mounting-brackets? perhaps the material between where the lpr threads onto the adapter and the bottom tube could be made thicker?

and speaking of milling the lpr, could the milling compromise the integrity of walls of the lpr when pressurized?
I was thinking of doing something similar for a micro-rock. I've seen someone stuff it inside a battery pack after hand-filing the sides but milling is so much cleaner :)

I was trying to mount the lpr as low as possible so it wouldn't interfere with the msv-2 and its barbs. I milled several bullet lpr's before with no problem. I remove as little as possible, the remaining material is still thick.

what keeps the lpr and adapter in place?

hey mag when i send you my airwalk frame to get fixed and when i buy 2 mod'd cpa asa's.
would you be able to do this to my triton?

if you could send me a pm and let me know what the price of all that i am buying from you and the work will cost.

oh yeah i have one of your lpr extenders already let me know in the pm if i give you that if that would work also.

thankyou,
