Im pretty sure these are them. Someone on MCB gave me the info. The specs look right. I ordered 20 of each so i will let everyone know as soon as they arrive if they are the right ones. The eye conector is a ZHR-4 and i go 20 of those as well. They are cheap but carry a hefty handling fee of 20 bucks.

Get extras as you will screw up the first few.

Nice find! Normally I would go with Newark, but for their UK direct parts it's better to go with an alternative supplier because you'll get them faster and have the ability to return them. Plus the UK direct parts have a minimum order. tolar250's suggestion of digikey is solid.

You should do up a little how too for those that don't know. Stuff like those connector PN and what not will come in handy for people looking at building a Egomag. Post it up here and on BE.

Hill do you have the crimpers for the terminals that mate with the plugs?

Wish you would have asked... I have 16,000 of the terminals and 500 of those 2 and 4 pin headers. I also stock the inline mates for them.

Search my name on here and there is a thread for all these parts.

I mention the connector crimps because I have over $800 paid into mine.

I do not have the crimpers, they were very expensive. But for only two and four pronged connectors it only takes moments to do it with small pointed pliers. At least it was simple for me. :D

The insert.

This is how it will attach to the wire.

Once connected

We have been looking at what i will call the bottom of the insert, now lets look at the top of it. There is a barb sticking up close to the plug end on the top. It goes through a notch in the top of the plug. The picture shows it as best as i can. Does this Make any sense?

For the header/connector
Flat side with "fixed dogs" = bottom

Paneled side with "movable dogs/hinges" = top

For the crimp
Barb side to mate with top side "movable dogs/hinges" of header/connector
