A friend of mine has issues with his intelliframe's safety button, so I took it apart to check it out. The spring is there, but the tiny ball bearing isn't, so I believe I've found the culprit.

So the big question is -- where can I buy a replacement bearing?

You could try Ace. Find a local one that has a big inventory, not all of them do

IIRC the ball out of a grease fitting works

1-respond to email and PM
2-retrieve ball bearing and package it
3-weigh package contents
4-write package contents and weight on customs form
5-write senders name and address on customs form
6-write customer name and address on customs form
7-write customer name and address on box
8-write MY return address on the box
9-take package to Post Office
10-stand in line for a minimum of 5 minutes
Total cost in time and effort? Priceless.
Send me your address and I'll send you a few so you will never have to go through this again. :D

If only hook lived in the U.S

1. Write shipping address
2. Write return address
3. Apply 1 stamp.
4. Throw in a bearing.
5. Lick envelope.
6. Place in mailbox.
