Anybody know of a person or company that will turn down barrels to fit a 68 special?

If you know the thread pitch & dimensions (or have another barrel to use as an example) I'm sure one of us around here could do it fo you.
I think they used SL-68 II threads. J&J used to make SL-68 II aftermarket barrels.

Nice, I've got a barrel in mind, and a few barrels with samples of the "threading" (it's actually a slip-fit).
I've also got a lathe and a nasty issue with idle hands, but I've only got the one barrel that I'd like to use... :p

I'll pop over to BEO then, sounds good. Is he a reliable guy? Experience with this, quick turnaround, decent prices, etc?
