Good question, i'm wondering if shocker grease would work? the dow 33 stuff?

The video says to use axle grease on the spring pack...but I think that is just to keep it from rusting.
Just use teflon based oil for the o-ring on the piston.

Use something like KC Trouble free for the regular o-rings and on/off pin and a bit of DOW 33 on the piston. If you don't have DOW 33, KC oil in the piston will work fine. For the spring pack, any kind of grease will work. It just seals it and keeps moisture from getting to it and causing rust.

What exact grease is the best to use though?

KC Trouble Free!!! I swear by this stuff.

As pointed out before, the grease on the spring pack is to keep the steel in the spring from rusting.
